This page explains what information AEIA collects when you visit this site or buy the blueprint, and what happens to it. It's written to actually be read, not just filed away.

What we collect

When you make a purchase, our payment processor collects your name, email address, and payment details directly — we never see or store your card information ourselves. We receive your name and email so we can deliver your download and contact you about your order.

If you email us for support, we keep that email thread so we can help you and have a record of what was discussed.

Like most websites, this site may use basic analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they look at. This is aggregate, anonymized traffic data — not used to track you individually across other sites.

What we don't do

• We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We don't store your payment card details — that's handled entirely by our payment processor.
• We don't use your information for anything beyond delivering your purchase and responding to support requests, unless you separately opt in to something like a mailing list.

How long we keep it

We keep order and support records for as long as needed to honor the refund window, provide ongoing support, and meet basic accounting requirements — generally no longer than necessary for those purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@aeia.shop and we'll handle it directly — no automated runaround.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the "last updated" date above will change, and we'll note what changed if it affects you directly.
