Refund Policy

Digital products are different from physical ones — once you've downloaded the guide and scripts, we can't take that back. So here's exactly how refunds work, plainly stated up front.

If you follow the setup guide as written and the pipeline genuinely doesn't work as described on your system, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll either help you fix it or refund you in full.

We ask for this distinction because the product is the documentation and code itself — once it's downloaded, the value has been delivered. We want the policy to be fair to genuine buyers without being an easy way to get the content for free.

How to request a refund

Email hello@aeia.shop with your order details and a description of what went wrong. We'll usually ask a couple of troubleshooting questions first — most setup issues are quick to resolve — and if it can't be fixed, we'll process the refund promptly.
