Terms of Service

These are the terms that apply when you buy the AEIA video automation blueprint. By purchasing, you agree to them.

What you're buying

You're purchasing a digital product: a setup guide, scripts, and configuration files documenting a video automation pipeline. This is a self-hosted system that you run on your own computer using your own accounts and tools — it is not a hosted app, subscription, or service we operate on your behalf.

License — what you can and can't do with it

When you buy the blueprint, you get a personal, non-exclusive license to use it for yourself or within one business you own or work for. Specifically, you can:

• Install and run the scripts on your own computer(s) for your own content production.
• Modify the scripts for your own use.
• Use the output videos commercially, however you like.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the guide or scripts themselves with others.
• Repackage the blueprint, in whole or in part, as your own product for sale.
• Use it across multiple unrelated businesses or clients under a single purchase — each separate business needs its own license.

No warranty

The blueprint is provided as documented and tested on our own systems. Computer environments vary — different operating systems, existing software conflicts, and hardware can all affect setup. We don't guarantee it will work flawlessly on every possible system without any troubleshooting, but we do guarantee it works as described when set up following the included guide, and we'll help if you hit a snag.

Liability

We're not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or lost time arising from use of the blueprint. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Updates

Buyers receive free updates to the blueprint for 10 years from their purchase date as the pipeline is improved. After that period, you keep full access to the version you already have — nothing is taken away.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the "last updated" date will reflect it. Material changes that affect existing buyers will be communicated by email where possible.
